Drive your car to the sign posted Passenger Drop-off area at the South Terminal.
- Drive to the far end, pass through the third zebra crossing.
- You will be met by one of our chauffeurs wearing a jacket with our Heathrow meetandgreet Parking logo on it.
- Your car will be returned to this location

The drop-off and collection location is now between the Sofitel Hotel and Short Term Multi-storey Car Park.
- Please follow the signs for Passenger Drop Off and not Valet Parking, then park where you can.
- You will be met by one of our chauffeurs wearing a jacket with our Heathrow meetandgreet Parking logo on it.
- Your car will be returned to this area.
Return Procedure
Please give us a call as soon as you land and we will deliver your vehicle where you left before departing.
